Teresa has extensive experience working with governments and regulators on digital regulation and financial innovation - including data sharing, payments, digital identity, and investments.

Previously, Teresa worked at the UK government-backed Centre for Finance, Innovation and Technology (CFIT) to lead the open finance and digital verification coalition programmes, the Financial Conduct Authority in the UK on open banking and payments, and the Hong Kong Monetary Authority on cross-border investment schemes.

She holds an MBA from the University of Cambridge.
