Tanya has worked at the intersection of public policy, technology, and financial innovation across multiple sectors.

Previously, she served as a Corporate Partnerships Manager at Plug and Play Tech Center in Dubai, where she led strategic initiatives with central banks and early-stage fintech companies to design accelerator programmes supporting innovation and ecosystem development across the Middle East.

Prior to joining Fii, she worked as a Research Associate at an online safety start-up, focusing on evaluating age assurance technologies to support the development of emerging online safety legislation.

Tanya holds a degree in Public Policy and Management from King’s College London, where her research examined the potential of Digital Public Infrastructure in advancing financial inclusion.
