She led the development of the Global State of Open Banking and Open Finance Report—a comprehensive resource analysing the evolution, adoption, and impact of these frameworks across jurisdictions. Alongside the report, she spearheaded the launch of GRID, an interactive digital tracker that provides real-time insights into Open Banking and Open Finance developments worldwide.

Her work supports central banks, regulators, policymakers, and industry leaders in building inclusive, resilient financial ecosystems. By providing actionable insights, she aims to shape strategies that drive financial innovation and inclusion at both national and global levels. Sanya holds an MSc in Economics with a specialisation in Monetary Economics from the London School of Economics and Political Science.
