Ramitha is a Project Manager in the Project Management Office here at Fii, developing and managing project execution while also monitoring and evaluating overall project outcomes.

Ramitha has over five years’ experience as a Project Manager at the University of Indonesia Management Institution. In this role, she successfully managed numerous complex projects across diverse industries, including government institutions, financial services, and state-owned enterprises, specialising in strategy development, process improvement, and HR consultancy. Her project experience includes organisational restructuring, business process mapping, and leadership training for notable clients including SKK Migas and the Financial Services Authority (OJK). She holds a Master of Management in Human Resources from the University of Indonesia.
