Pilar is HR Business Partner at Fii and Project Coordinator at the Cambridge Centre for Alternative Finance (CCAF) at Cambridge Judge Business School, University of Cambridge.

At Fii, Pilar’s work involves recruitment, onboarding, performance review and HR analytics.

Pilar volunteers identifying potential donors at Gufasha Girls Foundation, a community-based organisation which mission is to end child marriage and empower girls and young women in Uganda through Advocacy, Capacity building and Education support.

With a background in Psychology, Pilar holds an MSc in Neuroscience. During her master’s, she worked as a research assistant.
