Programme Manager - Investment Promotion & Technical Assistance
With a background in Engineering and Renewable Energy Project Management, Laurie is managing the Investment Promotion & Technical Assistance programme for Phase 2 of the Commonwealth Investment Network (CIN). Working together with Philippa Martinelli and the CIN team, his focus is on capacity building for Investment Promotion Agencies, and technical assistance for a cohort of Small/Medium Enterprises (SMEs) and projects across Caribbean and Pacific Small Island Developing States (SIDS).
Prior to this, Laurie contributed towards Cambridge Centre for Alternative Finance (CCAF) research on how catalytic capital can help mobilise private capital for climate-positive technologies and industries, alongside his MBA studies at Cambridge Judge Business School, University of Cambridge.
