Kieran leads AI research at Fii, focusing on how AI is being adopted across financial authorities, industry and AI vendors worldwide.
He has over 15 years’ experience in FinTech, AI, and regulatory innovation, building technical capabilities in 300+ financial authorities across 120+ countries and designing machine learning capacity building programmes for quant researchers and engineers. He also worked in equity crowdfunding, helping ~50 companies raise around $30 million.
Kieran has built a range of machine learning, data science and engineering programmes for leaders, practitioners, engineers and AI researchers.
He holds degrees from Imperial College London and the London School of Economics, and has published over 30 global reports on FinTech market development and regulation, as well as on Agentic AI in finance.
