Francesca is an international public policy specialist, currently based in Australia, where she is developing the Commonwealth Investment Network with CCAF.

She recently worked for the UK Government in Singapore as Head of Financial Services for APAC, where she created regional programmes to support UK financial services businesses. This involved UK-ASEAN green finance and financial inclusion development, and growing the UK-APAC FinTech community.

Francesca previously led the UK’s economic, trade and financial policy with Singapore, including the annual UK-Singapore Financial Dialogue, Free Trade Agreement and Digital Economy Agreement. She is passionate about building values-based and sustainability-focused international partnerships, and also chairs a sustainable packaging company which replaces single-use plastics.
