Dave is a seasoned IT project manager with public and private experience across product development, IV&V, and quality assurance. He has worked with the CCAF for the last two years in the Cambridge Suptech Lab, coordinating Application Incubation in Egypt, India, Peru, Indonesia and the Philippines.

Prior to the Lab he worked with the New York State Departments of Labor, Workers Compensation and Financial Services upgrading departmental software to better meet the needs of the people of New York and the regulatory needs of the State government. His experience includes time with Wall Street advisory software and entertainment websites. Dave also founded a lavender farm in upstate NY and remains an avid builder of stone walls and buildings. He says, 'It just keeps getting better!'
